Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated operational data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please contact your employer administrator or submit a deletion request by email:

- Attendance records
- Training participation records
- Authentication credentials
- Associated profile information
Data Retention
Certain compliance, payroll-support, safety certification, and legal operational records may be retained when required by applicable laws, contractor agreements, or workplace compliance obligations.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 business days.
